In June, the firm explained that it was planning to “expand and upgrade the current hotel premises, facilities, and services by the establishment and operation of a casino and the development of an integrated resort in the City of Manila, Philippines.” Adding, further that, “It is expected that the successful grant of the Provisional License can substantially increase the Group’s investment, significantly expand and upgrade the current hotel and casino premises, facilities and services, that has been long operating for over 17 years, through the establishment and development of the Integrated Resort in the Philippines.”
The Hong Kong SE listed company included a message from Chairman Dr. Choi Chiu Fai Stanley, by order of the Board: ¨Shareholders and potential investors should note that the grant of the Provisional License is subject to the entry of the Provisional License Agreement and are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.”

International Entertainment operates the New Coast Hotel Manila, previously known as the New World Manila Bay Hotel, a 32-floor hotel with 370 guest rooms and a gaming facility.
