Coljuegos Authorises MrYoker as Colombia’s Newest Online Gaming Operator

MrYoker becomes Colombia’s 15th authorised online operator, with projected monopoly revenue and administration contributions of $27.28 billion over five years

Colombia’s regulated online gaming market continues to expand under Coljuegos, with the approval of MrYoker (Mr Joker) adding another licensed operator to a sector that is increasing its contribution to the subsidised health system while reinforcing the regulator’s push toward legal, supervised digital play.

Through concession contract C2261 of 2026, Coljuegos authorised the launch of www.mryoker.co, a legal online platform where users will be able to place sports bets and play online games under the regulator’s supervision.

With the entry of MrYoker, Colombia now has 15 authorised online gaming operators, reflecting the continued growth of the sector under the industry development strategy implemented during the current administration.

The new portal is operated by Global Vitxo S.A.S. and will initially be allowed to offer live casino, virtual slot machines and sports betting until 2031.

According to the projections submitted, the operator is expected to generate income of approximately $2.83 trillion over the next five years.

During that same period, MrYoker is expected to contribute around $27.282 billion in monopoly revenues and administration expenses, funds that will go directly to financing Colombia’s subsidised health system.

Coljuegos called on citizens to gamble responsibly and only through the 15 websites authorised by the regulator, stating that this is the only way to guarantee data protection, prize payment and contributions to healthcare for Colombia’s most vulnerable populations.

The regulator also reported that, during 2026, online betting portals have contributed $253.224 billion to Coljuegos in exploitation rights. By the end of the year, these transfers are expected to exceed $450 billion.

The authorised operators in Colombia are Wplay, Betsson, Codere, Luckia, BetPlay, Rushbet, YaJuego, Bingo Casino, Bwin, Betano, Rivalo, Mr. Yoker, Sportium, Zamba and Stake.

The approval of MrYoker strengthens Colombia’s position as one of Latin America’s most developed regulated online gaming markets, where licensing, tax contributions and consumer protection remain central to the regulatory model.

For Coljuegos, the new concession also reinforces its message that legal online gaming can support public health financing while offering players safer channels for sports betting and casino-style entertainment.
