The European iGaming Awards specialise in recognising innovation across the online gaming sector. Organised by Datateam Business Media—publishers of Gaming International Online and Casino International—this prestigious event celebrates the outstanding achievements of operators, suppliers and dedicated professionals within the industry.
Taking place on Monday, 18th January 2027, alongside ICE Barcelona, the European iGaming Awards will provide a prime opportunity to honour the innovators shaping the future of iGaming.
How it works: There are just three simple steps in the European iGaming Awards.
Step One – Entries: 8 April 2026
Entering The European IGaming Awards is completely free of charge.
Nominations are also highly encouraged so professionals from across the gaming sector are also invited to put forward an entry on behalf of their industry peers.
With a variety of expertly curated categories up for contention, companies will be able to identify their prime opportunities to shine and will be given the opportunity to provide supporting information for each submission to support their entry(s).
Note: In order to proceed to the decision-making stage, all entries and nominations must meet the necessary criteria for the relevant category(s).
Step Two – Voting: 2 November 2026
Subject to meeting the necessary criteria, entries and nominations will proceed to the decision-making stage. Each submission will be reviewed by an anonymous panel of independent industry experts, who will decide upon the ultimate finalists and winners in each category.
They will critique each entry/nomination against a strict set of criteria to determine the shortlist and winner.
Step Three – Celebrate: 18 January 2027
The industry’s elite will gather on Monday 18th January 2027 for an unforgettable evening of celebration, as a new wave of incredible operators, manufacturers and professionals are crowned at The European IGaming Awards.
As well as being a platform to recognise and reward the hard work, passion and innovation of the gaming industry, the ceremony serves as an unrivalled opportunity to network with the industry’s very best. Catch up with old friends, solidify existing business relationships and build those all important new connections at one of the foremost events on the industry calendar.
