New additions include three weekly Vegas style production shows at the Casino Royale Theatre, more slot machines and gaming tables on the casino floor, a full-service restaurant located on the second level, a new poker room by TK Poker, and announcing Casino Royale will host the upcoming World Series of Poker Circuit Event in March.
The lavish new TK Poker Room at Casino Royale features six tables and various poker cash games like No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha, and hosts the weekly Sunday night tournament for guaranteed cash prizes. TK Poker Room at Casino Royale is open daily from 8pm to 4am.
Casino Royale is honored to be hosting TK Poker’s World Series of Poker Circuit Event with tournaments taking place March 25 – April 6, 2020. WSOP Circuit Events are designed to give the recreational and amateur player an opportunity to participate in the WSOP experience at a more affordable price point and with less of a time commitment than the traditional WSOP in Las Vegas.
Casino Royale Theatre features three free, weekly Vegas-style production shows with showstopping costumes, beautiful vocals and breathtaking acrobatics. Wednesdays and Fridays are Latin Fire, where guests witness an explosion of South American rhythms and salsa beats. Saturday takes us Through the Night, featuring a circus fantasy spectacle with jaw dropping cirque style performances. Every Friday is the incredible Maho Village Carnival, a parade that marches through Maho Village in front of Casino Royale. This energetic and lively spectacle features the Generation New Status Youth Marching Band and a preview of that evening’s Latin Fire show with the Sonesta Showteam, turning it up in celebration of music, joy and community, Maho Village Carnival happens every Friday starting at 7:30pm. Shows started inside the theatre at 8:30pm.
Alina Restaurant Sushi and Izakaya from celebrated Chef Ken Lin, has become a popular hotspot and is located on the second level of Casino Royale. Alina offers authentic and innovative Japanese cuisine, highlighting bold flavors using the highest quality ingredients and local products whenever possible. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed offering live music and friendly, attentive service. Alina is open from 5pm-10:30pm Monday through Saturday, and is available to the public of all ages.
Casino Royale also feature 22 tables, 400 slot machines, a private “high-roller” area with the highest table and slot limits on the island, VIP packages, screenings, free membership with the Players Club, and is the most rewarding program in the Caribbean with large value rebates, hotel stays and more. Casino Royale is located in Maho Village, the entertainment district of Sint Maarten that redefines entertainment, dining, shopping and gaming in a vibrant resort atmosphere. Complimentary valet parking available for all casino guests, players and patrons of Casino Royale. At an additional rate, Maho Village parking is also available. Casino Royale and its entities are open to the public as well as Sonesta Resorts Sint Maarten’s guests, however, it is not included in the resorts’ all-inclusive rates.
