Play’n GO strengthens Latin American presence with Betano Colombia launch

Play’n GO launches its full games portfolio with Betano in Colombia, one of Latin America’s most mature regulated markets

Play’n GO has expanded its reach in Latin America through a new launch with Betano in Colombia.

The Swedish casino entertainment supplier has gone live with Betano, the online sports betting and gaming brand owned by Kaizen Gaming. The agreement covers Colombia, one of Latin America’s most established regulated online gambling markets.

The launch gives Betano Colombia players access to the full Play’n GO portfolio for the first time. The rollout includes some of the studio’s best-known titles, including Book of Dead and Reactoonz, alongside a wider range of premium casino content built for regulated markets.

For Play’n GO, the agreement supports its long-term focus on regulated jurisdictions. Colombia has become an important market for international suppliers and operators because of its established licensing model, clear oversight and mature online betting framework.

Betano entered Colombia’s regulated online betting and gaming market in late 2024 after Kaizen Gaming secured authorisation to operate in the country. The brand has since become part of a competitive market that includes both regional and international operators.

Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer of Play’n GO

“Colombia is an incredibly important market to Play’n GO. It stands out as one of the most stable regulated markets in Latin America, making it a key focus for our long-term growth strategy globally.

“Betano is one of the biggest names in global gaming, and they share our commitment to quality, compliance, and delivering exceptional entertainment. Bringing our full portfolio live on their platform in Colombia is an exciting step, and we’re confident this partnership will be a strong success for both parties.”

The launch comes as Play’n GO continues to build scale across Latin America. The company has also been active in Brazil’s regulated market, where it launched an initial batch of more than 50 games in 2025.

For Betano, the addition of Play’n GO content strengthens its casino offer in Colombia with recognised titles and a broader games catalogue. For Play’n GO, the partnership adds another regulated distribution point in a region that remains central to supplier growth.

The deal also reflects a wider trend in Latin American iGaming. Operators are looking for proven casino content that can support retention, while suppliers are prioritising licensed markets where compliance, brand trust and local regulation create a stronger base for long-term expansion.
