More than 4,000 Flutter employees join global community campaign

The Do More Together programme delivered over 90 community activities across 20 locations during a three-month period

Employee participation gives Flutter a practical way to connect its global sustainability strategy with the needs of individual communities.

More than 4,000 Flutter Entertainment employees took part in the company’s annual Do More Together campaign. The three-month programme included over 90 activities across 20 locations.

The work ranged from food-packing and environmental projects to fundraising, sporting challenges and direct support for local charities.

Teams pack more than 188,000 meals

Flutter employees helped prepare more than 188,000 meals for Rise Against Hunger through activities in Italy, Canada, Bulgaria and Malta.

Teams also raised money for selected charities in the UK and supported reforestation projects in Turkey.

Other volunteering activities included work with food banks, farms, animal sanctuaries and children’s charities. Employees also participated in beach cleaning, litter collection and tree planting.

The campaign forms part of Do More, the community pillar of Flutter’s Positive Impact Plan. It focuses on three areas where the group believes it can apply its experience and reach: sport and play, technology, and health and wellbeing.

Flutter has set a target of reaching 10 million people through its community programmes by the end of 2030.

Sporting challenges support charities

Eight Flutter employees participated in Cure Leukaemia fundraising events during the second quarter. These included Run for a Cure marathons, London2Paris and The Tour 21.

Their activities had generated $30,558 when Flutter published its update, with further fundraising continuing.

The Tour 21 challenges amateur cyclists to complete the Tour de France route one week before the professional race. London2Paris involves a 500-kilometre cycling route completed as part of a 200-person group.

Flutter became Cure Leukaemia’s first global corporate partner in 2026 under a three-year agreement. The partnership supports clinical trials and the expansion of the charity’s blood cancer treatment network.

Simon Bishop, Director of Polaris Process and Reporting at Flutter, completed the Paris Marathon after previously taking part in London2Paris. He said his personal experience of leukaemia had shown him the importance of research and fundraising.

FanDuel supports Special Olympics athletes

FanDuel employees also volunteered at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis, which brought together more than 3,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities.

The operator’s partnership supported Sports Recovery Stations and Healthy Athletes Fun Fitness areas. These facilities provided recovery services and practical health assistance during the competition.

Dale Hooper, General Manager of FanDuel Canada, also shared his family’s experience of the Special Olympics. His daughter Emma has participated since she was six and competed at the 2024 Ontario provincial event.

Virtual activities extend participation

More than 630 employees from 20 countries joined the World Cup-themed Do More Miles challenge. Participants collectively covered 120,414 kilometres across countries competing in the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup.

Approximately 900 Flutter employees also joined Walking Month. Overall participation reached around 3,000 people when individuals from outside the company were included.

The 2026 campaign builds on the first group-wide Do More Together programme, launched in 2025. That initiative involved almost 2,500 employees from 14 Flutter brands and supported more than 60 charities.
