The European-focused platform goes live with the Emerald collection and optional JIN JI BAO XI and LION LINK progressive layers
Light & Wonder has launched its REEL CHOICE multi-game solution in Germany, marking the first live deployment of the platform in the country.
The installations at multiple German properties represent a key step in the supplier’s EMEA strategy and move REEL CHOICE from trade-show debut to live casino floor performance.
Developed specifically for the European market, REEL CHOICE is a modular multi-game solution that allows operators to build content bundles around regional player preferences.
That flexibility matters in Europe. Casino floors across the region are shaped by different player habits, game regulations, venue formats and market traditions. A single fixed game package is often less useful than a platform that can be adapted by market.
The German launch uses the Emerald collection, which includes a mix of Light & Wonder franchises and regional performers. The bundle features HUFF N’ MORE PUFF alongside BURN ’EM UP, SUPER MEGA FRUITS and FRUIT FUN FRENZY.
The structure gives operators a balance of recognised global IP and content designed to suit local play styles.

Operators can also add two of Light & Wonder’s progressive families, JIN JI BAO XI and LION LINK, on top of any REEL CHOICE bundle.
That gives venues a way to combine a tailored multi-game library with premium progressive content, creating more options for floor configuration and player engagement.
Progressive layers remain important in land-based gaming because they can drive repeat play, create visible excitement on the floor and support stronger product differentiation.
REEL CHOICE made its global debut at ICE 2026 in Barcelona in January. At the event, Light & Wonder introduced the platform as its first multi-game solution built specifically for European players.
The ICE launch positioned REEL CHOICE around flexibility, regional customisation and progressive integration for European gaming floors.
The German deployment now gives the product its first live proof point in one of Europe’s most important land-based gaming markets.
For Light & Wonder, the launch shows how global suppliers are adjusting their approach to Europe. Operators do not only want big-name franchises. They also want local relevance, configurable content and products that can perform within specific venue conditions.
REEL CHOICE is designed to address that requirement by giving operators more control over the game mix.
The platform also reflects a wider shift in cabinet and floor strategy. Multi-game solutions can help operators manage space more efficiently, refresh content more easily and give players more choice on a single terminal.
That can be especially useful where floor space is limited or where operators want to test different game themes without committing to one fixed title.
Light & Wonder’s use of established franchises such as HUFF N’ MORE PUFF also gives REEL CHOICE a recognisable anchor. Regional games can then sit around that anchor, creating a package that feels both familiar and locally relevant.
The addition of JIN JI BAO XI and LION LINK gives operators another layer of flexibility. Venues can choose a standard bundle or add progressive families to raise jackpot appeal and strengthen customer engagement.
Germany will now be an important test market for the platform. Performance there will help indicate how well REEL CHOICE’s modular model translates into European floor results.
The launch also supports Light & Wonder’s broader EMEA positioning. The company is using REEL CHOICE to show that localisation is not only about language or compliance. It is also about game mix, player behaviour, progressive strategy and operator control.
With REEL CHOICE now live in Germany, Light & Wonder has moved a key European product from concept to deployment. The next phase will be expanding the platform’s footprint across the region and proving that modular, market-specific bundles can deliver stronger floor performance.
