The 88-room property will add regulated gaming, restaurants, wellness facilities and entertainment to Boracay’s Station 0
The opening will introduce a new form of hospitality to an island best known for its beaches, restaurants and nightlife, while supporting plans to develop Station 0 as a broader leisure destination.
KABAN Hotel and Casino Boracay will begin welcoming guests on 16 September, ahead of a larger launch event on 11 October. Located in Barangay Yapak, the six-storey development combines an 88-room hotel with casino gaming, dining and entertainment.
The property forms part of Golden TW Realty and Development Corporation’s 23-hectare master plan for the northern end of Boracay.
Casino forms part of a wider hospitality offer
KABAN is described as the first casino hotel on Boracay licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
Its 2,000-square-metre casino will offer table games, slot machines and electronic gaming. Access to the gaming floor and participation in casino promotions will be restricted to customers aged 21 or over.
The accommodation ranges from boutique rooms to premium suites, including a presidential suite.

Seven dining concepts and new entertainment spaces
The property will offer seven restaurants and dining concepts, led by Lamii All-Day Dining. Other facilities include SIGLA Spa, a swimming pool and deck, a VIP lounge, Kids Playlab, Lobby Café and a Skybar overlooking the island.
KABAN has also partnered with Insignia Presents to develop an entertainment programme for the property. The larger October launch is expected to place greater emphasis on live entertainment, culture and hospitality.
Around 40% of the resort’s employees come from Aklan, giving the development a significant local employment component.
Golden TW is also developing Boracay Central, a lifestyle and retail centre scheduled to open during the fourth quarter of 2026. The project forms another part of the company’s plans for Station 0.
Opening promotion offers PHP1m in prizes
KABAN will launch its First Millionaire promotion when the property opens on 16 September.
Members of the KABAN Star Rewards programme can earn entries through eligible slot and table game play. The promotion will culminate in a grand draw on 11 October, with PHP1m divided between promotional credits, chips and cash prizes.
The operator states that entry is limited to verified members aged 21 or over. Full eligibility requirements and responsible gaming conditions apply.
The name KABAN means “treasure chest” in Filipino, reflecting the property’s positioning as a combined leisure, hospitality and gaming destination.
