The supplier will present bill validators, printers, systems and firmware tools at Stand 341 in Sydney
JCM Global will bring its gaming transaction and automation technologies to the Australasian Gaming Expo 2026, where the company will exhibit at Stand 341.
The event takes place from 11 to 13 August at ICC Sydney and remains one of the key product and networking platforms for the Australasian gaming and hospitality industries.
JCM will use AGE to present a portfolio focused on security, operational efficiency and customer experience. The company’s showcase will include bill validators, thermal printing, systems tools, cash box intelligence and firmware management.
The supplier has a strong local base across Australasia and Asia-Pacific, with offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Osaka, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo. That regional presence supports casino operators, manufacturers and technology partners that need local service backed by global product development.
Ian Payne, Asia-Pacific General Manager at JCM Global
“JCM is on the ground throughout Australasia with local offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Osaka, Shanghai, Sydney, and Tokyo, and we are honoured by the trust our customers have placed in us for decades.
“At AGE 2026, we are proud to show our collection of pioneering and standard-setting products that boost security, increase efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.”
Security will be led by JCM’s iVIZION and UBA Pro bill validators. These products are designed for automated transaction environments where acceptance, authentication and reliability are central to floor performance.
Bill validation remains a critical part of land-based gaming operations. Operators need cash-handling systems that reduce risk, maintain uptime and support faster customer transactions.
JCM will also show the GEN5 Thermal Printer, designed to work alongside iVIZION and UBA Pro. GEN5 allows operators to print tickets and promotional coupons quickly, giving venues a direct communication channel with players through the machine.
That type of printer functionality matters because ticketing is no longer only about payout processing. It can also support marketing, promotions and customer engagement on the gaming floor.
Systems will form another major part of JCM’s AGE presence. The company will present FUZION and the ICB Intelligent Cash Box system.
FUZION connects iVIZION, GEN5 and the back office, enabling features such as BLE mobile wallet connectivity, real-time peripheral performance data, proactive drop and fill alerts, real-time asset monitoring and other operational tools.
ICB is designed to streamline the drop process by reducing points of human error. For operators, that can support stronger compliance, tighter accounting and more efficient cash handling.
JCM will also present BlueWaveDX, its firmware upload tool. The product helps operators update, configure and test bill validators and printers, reducing friction in floor management.
Firmware control may sound operational, but it is important for venue performance. Gaming floors rely on many connected peripherals, and inefficient updates can create downtime, inconsistency and unnecessary labour.
JCM’s AGE showcase therefore reflects a broader shift in land-based gaming technology. Transaction systems, printers and cash-handling tools are now part of a connected operating environment rather than standalone devices.
Operators are looking for products that do more than accept cash or print tickets. They want real-time data, easier updates, stronger security, mobile-wallet readiness and tools that reduce manual process risk.
That is especially relevant in Australasia, where venues are investing in security, efficiency and customer experience while also operating under close regulatory and compliance expectations.
JCM Global describes itself as a world leader in transaction and payment technologies. Its product range includes bill validators, note recyclers, printers, system solutions and related components used across gaming, banking, kiosk, retail, transportation and vending sectors.
The company says its innovation history dates back to 1955 and includes multiple patented products that have helped set global standards in transaction technology.
At AGE 2026, JCM’s message is clear. Better transaction infrastructure can improve security, reduce operational friction and give operators more tools to manage the modern gaming floor.
