The 24-foot display expands JCM’s digital signage and cash-handling technology footprint at the Michigan casino resort
The installation adds a new visual feature to a busy food and beverage area while extending JCM Global’s wider technology relationship with the property.
The LED wall has been installed above a bar on the gaming floor at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Michigan. It measures 24 feet in length and three and a half feet in height.
Display wraps around the bar
The wall follows the bar’s soffit and includes a six-foot section that turns around one corner. This allows content to be seen from two sides of the casino floor.
JCM said the configuration was designed to make the bar more visible and create a flexible focal point for digital content.
The company’s Digital Signage Solutions LED walls support ultra-high-definition images, wide viewing angles and different aspect ratios. Typical applications include casinos, sportsbooks, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and retail spaces.
Existing technology across the property
The project is not JCM’s first digital signage installation at Soaring Eagle.
The supplier previously installed a 48-foot LED sports ticker at the entrance to the property’s Ascend Sportsbook & Lounge. The venue combines sports wagering, large-screen viewing, food, drinks and live entertainment.
Soaring Eagle also uses several JCM cash-handling products on its gaming floor. These include the iVIZION® bill validator, GEN5® thermal printer and ICB® Intelligent Cash Box system.
Together, these products cover banknote validation, ticket printing and cash-box tracking within the casino’s slot operation.
