Greentube Director of Group Compliance recognised for over 15 years of leadership in regulatory strategy, responsible gambling and compliance at the industry’s premier diversity event
Greentube, the digital gaming and entertainment division of NOVOMATIC, has cause for celebration following the 2026 Women in Gaming Diversity Awards, where its Director of Group Compliance, Roxane Scicluna, claimed the Industry Achiever (Supplier) category award. The recognition places her among the most prominent names honoured at one of the sector’s most respected annual events dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Now in its 16th year, the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards has been running since 2010 and has established itself as a leading platform for recognising professionals, teams and organisations working to build more inclusive environments across the global gaming industry. Scicluna’s award recognises a career spanning more than 15 years across legal, regulatory and operational disciplines. Her journey through the industry has taken her from advising clients on licensing processes with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) to building compliance functions from the ground up in senior in-house roles, culminating in her current position overseeing group-level compliance at Greentube. Throughout that trajectory, she has become a recognised voice on responsible gambling, regulatory strategy and the operational frameworks that allow gaming businesses to grow sustainably within regulated markets.
The win sits within a broader context of industry recognition at the 2026 edition. Betsson Group also collected two awards at the ceremony, taking the Community Engagement Award while HR Business Partner Lead Rachel Fisher was named Positive Role Model of the Year. The Special Outstanding Contribution Award, one of the evening’s most prestigious honours, was presented to Ciara Nic Liam in recognition of her long-term impact on diversity and professional development across the industry.
