Blueprint Gaming brings Westeros to the reels with House of the Dragon™

The new licensed slot combines Dragon’s Wheel prizes, Syrax modifiers and an enhanced free spins feature inspired by House Targaryen

Blueprint Gaming™ has expanded its portfolio of licensed HBO content with the launch of House of the Dragon™, a feature-rich slot inspired by the Targaryen dynasty and the world of Westeros.

Developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, the title follows Blueprint’s Game of Thrones™ slot. The studio described that game as its strongest global launch to date in seven of its 10 leading markets.

House of the Dragon™ builds on that momentum with an enhanced money collect model, character-led modifiers and a bonus feature centred on dragon eggs.

Dragon’s Wheel awards prizes and additional spins

The Dragon’s Wheel provides money collect opportunities during both the base game and bonus play. It is activated when a Dragon’s Wheel scatter lands alongside a collect symbol.

Dragon Emblems then appear on a mini wheel, awarding cash values of up to 150x the stake and additional spins. Landing the top prize grants entry to the Dance of the Dragons Spins bonus with every Dragon Pot active.

Coin symbols appearing randomly during the base game or bonus can awaken Syrax. The dragon then awards one of several modifiers, including additional bonus scatters, cash prize and collect symbols, or wilds.

Syrax can also activate a cascading sequence designed to produce a winning combination when the preceding spin has not generated a win.

Dragon eggs unlock enhanced bonus play

Dragon egg bonus scatters appearing during the base game are collected in their corresponding pots above the reels.

Landing three or more bonus scatters triggers Dance of the Dragons Spins, initially awarding 10 spins and at least one of five egg enhancements stored within the pots.

Further enhancements can be activated during the feature. These include multipliers of up to 10x on cash prize symbols and a mode in which only cash prizes, bonus scatters and collect symbols remain in play.

The combination of persistent collection, modifiers and bonus enhancements is designed to create progression throughout the feature while reflecting the spectacle associated with the HBO series.

Alex Naspe, Marketing Director at Blueprint Gaming, said:

“Following the fantastic response to Game of Thrones™, we were thrilled to bring another iconic corner of Westeros to life with House of the Dragon™.

“From the Dragon’s Wheel and Syrax modifiers to the Dance of the Dragons Spins, we have brought together a host of mechanics that capture the intensity and spectacle of the Targaryen dynasty.”

The release continues Blueprint Gaming’s strategy of combining established entertainment properties with layered slot mechanics. Its wider licensed portfolio includes The Goonies™, ted™ and Game of Thrones™, alongside proprietary brands such as Fishin’ Frenzy™ and King Kong Cash™.
