BetGames appoints Inesa Glazaitė as Head Of Commercial

The former Soft2Bet, Delasport and iGaming Platform executive joins as BetGames expands its global product footprint

BetGames has appointed Inesa Glazaitė as Head of Commercial, strengthening its commercial leadership as the games provider continues to expand across regulated markets.

Glazaitė joins with senior commercial experience across the iGaming sector, including leadership roles at Soft2Bet, Delasport and iGaming Platform.

In her new role, she will lead BetGames’ commercial growth strategy, deepen operator partnerships and support the global rollout of the company’s product portfolio.

The appointment comes at an important stage for BetGames.

The company is building momentum around Casino Designer, its gamification and promotional platform Hero, and a growing slots and RNG portfolio led by the crash game Skyward.

Skyward Storm is also scheduled to launch soon, adding another product to the supplier’s expanding RNG and crash-game roadmap.

For BetGames, the hire supports a wider shift in its commercial approach. The company is moving beyond a single product identity and building a broader portfolio for operators in regulated markets.

That requires stronger commercial structure, closer account management and a clear understanding of how operators use content, branding tools and promotional mechanics to improve performance.

Glazaitė’s experience gives BetGames added seniority in those areas.

Her past roles across platform, supplier and operator-facing businesses should help the company manage both new market opportunities and existing partner relationships.

Inesa Glazaitė, Head of Commercial at BetGames

“BetGames has real momentum right now, and I’m looking forward to being part of the next stage of its growth.

“The strength of this product portfolio, from Casino Designer and Hero through to the Skyward RNG series, gives us a fantastic platform to build on. I am keen to work closely with our operator partners and help them get the most out of the solutions we provide.

“With a raft of new innovations on the horizon too, there’s a lot to build towards, and I can’t wait to get started.”

The product references are commercially important.

Casino Designer gives operators more control over game presentation and branding, while Hero supports gamification and promotional engagement.

Skyward has given BetGames a clearer position in the crash-game segment. The official product page describes Skyward as an animated, plane-themed crash game with auto-betting, auto-play and cash-out functions.

The company has also described Skyward as a product built for customisation and market localisation, including operator-branded versions for specific audiences.

That matters in regulated markets, where content must often be adapted to local player behaviour, language, compliance needs and partner brand identity.

A commercial leader must therefore help operators understand not only what a product does, but how it can be positioned in each market.

Saulius Čereška, Director at BetGames

“We welcome Inesa, her experience and her fit for the role. We have immense confidence in our commercial team, and with Inesa’s talent leading it, we are heading into the next phase of growth with even greater momentum.

“Her appointment underlines our continued investment in the business as we innovate and expand our presence globally.”

The appointment also reflects a competitive supplier environment.

Operators are increasingly selective about the partners they add to their casino and RNG lobbies. Content must perform, integrations must be smooth and promotional tools must support retention.

Suppliers with clear product direction and strong commercial support are better positioned to win long-term operator relationships.

For BetGames, Glazaitė’s arrival gives the company a senior commercial lead at a time when its portfolio is becoming more diverse.

That diversity creates opportunity, but it also requires discipline. Live-style content, RNG games, crash products, gamification tools and branded environments each need different sales conversations.

The role of Head of Commercial will be to connect those product lines into a coherent operator proposition.

BetGames’ next phase will likely depend on how well it converts product development into distribution, usage and partner value across regulated markets.

With Glazaitė now leading commercial activity, the company is positioning itself for that next step with more experienced leadership and a clearer focus on operator growth.
