The new Cash Collect slot introduces four upgradeable bonus features exclusively on The Baron Upright cabinet
Aristocrat Gaming is extending one of its best-known slot franchises with a title that combines established Buffalo branding with a tiered version of the Cash Collect mechanic.
Buffalo Super Rush made its official debut at Graton Resort & Casino in Northern California. The property marked the launch with a free-pull promotion offering guests the chance to share $110,000 in cash prizes.
Distribution is now continuing across North America.
Buffalo expands onto The Baron Upright
Buffalo Super Rush is available exclusively on Aristocrat Gaming’s The Baron™ Upright cabinet.
The cabinet combines two 27-inch Ultra HD 4K displays with 5.1 surround sound and an integrated lighting package. Its upright configuration gives operators another format for presenting the Buffalo franchise on the casino floor.
The new game uses the Cash Collect mechanic and includes four metamorphic bonus features. These can trigger separately or together during play.
Players may also activate enhanced Super versions of the features. Each Super upgrade changes the applicable bonus and can provide an opportunity to win the Grand jackpot.
Kurt Gissane, Chief Revenue Officer at Aristocrat Gaming
“The Buffalo franchise is one of the most loved and most played game franchises in the world.
“With Buffalo Super Rush, we are taking the entertainment to a new level by combining what players have enjoyed about Buffalo for years with modern mechanics and gameplay in an entirely new game.”
Four features receive Super upgrades
The Extra Spins feature can add one spin when qualifying diamonds or coins land. Its Super Extra Spins version can add two spins through the same symbols.
Extra Reels expands the bonus matrix to five reels by seven rows. The upgraded Super Extra Reels feature increases the matrix further to five reels by nine rows.
During Extra Power, individual spins can apply a 2x multiplier to the active grid. Super Extra Power raises the available multiplier to 3x.
Extra Symbols allows two Cash on Reels prizes to appear in one position. When the Super Extra Symbols version is active, up to three Cash on Reels prizes can occupy the same position.
The combination of the four features gives the game several possible bonus configurations while retaining familiar elements from the wider Buffalo portfolio.
Graton hosts official launch
Graton Resort & Casino is located in Rohnert Park in Sonoma County. The resort used the game’s arrival to support its strategy of introducing new gaming products to its Northern California customer base.
